I've been leading teams for a long time. In the past four years, I translated those skills toward cultivating healthy and productive working culture for virtual and remote situations.

These are the same skills and techniques I use to build thriving online communities at Creative on Purpose. I also employ these tools as a head coach in Seth Godin's Akimbo Workshops.
